What's your return policy
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email at hello@bandazla.com.au within five days, include photos and a brief description of the issue. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to resolving any problems within 14 days of delivery.
What happens if I receive the wrong item
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, etc. notify us at hello@bandazla.com.au along with sending us a picture and the problem with the item.
Do you offer exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. However, to ensure you receive the desired item promptly, we recommend returning the current product, and once the return is processed and approved, placing a new order for the item you wish to purchase. This approach will allow you to secure the item you want without delay.
