How long are shipping times?
Your products/s will ship within 1-3 Business Days of your order being placed. Delivery to your doorstep is estimated between 3-14 Business Days.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, etc. notify us at hello@bandazla.com.au along with sending us a picture and the problem with the item.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
